At Howling Dog Alaska, we want you and your canine athlete to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't fit perfectly or meet your performance needs, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Gear

  Ensure all items are in original, clean condition and free of dog hair, then pack them securely in the original packaging if possible.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
